A scorecard for 107 registration offices on speed, backlog, revenue and citizen complaints. Pick an office to see why it scores the way it does.
Prototype on synthetic data. Office counts, volumes and service levels are invented to look plausible. This is an independent portfolio project, not an official Government of Chhattisgarh product.
The score is a weighted average of where each office ranks on six measures. Change the weights to reflect what the department cares about most. Set a weight to 0 to leave a measure out.
Each dot is an office. Offices above the line take longer than others of the same size, so the delay is not just about workload.
Each office is placed on a 0–100 percentile for six measures, compared with all 107 offices for the chosen period. For measures where lower is better, such as processing time, the percentile is flipped so that 100 is always best.
The score is the weighted average of those six percentiles. A score of 50 means the office sits in the middle of the state. Colours show distance from the middle, not pass or fail.
Built by Ayush Dewangan as a prototype of the Sub-Registrar performance analytics proposed during the CM Good Governance Fellowship. Data is regenerated by scripts/generate_data.py; replace data.js with real figures in the same shape to use it for review.
