About
I am a Chief Minister's Good Governance Fellow with the Government of Chhattisgarh and an MBA candidate in Public Policy & Governance at IIM Raipur.
Since August 2025 I have worked inside government, in the Commercial Tax (Registration) and Housing & Environment departments and with the Good Governance Department on CM Helpline 1076. The fellowship runs until March 2027 (tentative), and I am available for full-time roles from April 2027.
What I have worked on
- Registration and stamps reform. I catalogued 30 reforms from 10 states and benchmarked Chhattisgarh against Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra and Gujarat. The Secretary directed implementation of two: Sub-Registrar performance analytics and dedicated counters for women and senior citizens.
- A Detailed Project Report for property-registration modernisation: architecture, legal framework, risk register and a ₹3.24 crore programme across 107 Sub-Registrar offices.
- CM Helpline 1076. I mapped grievance services for two departments, built the L1–L4 officer escalation map, and am the departmental point of contact for portal issues.
- A zero-budget Cool Roof policy, pitched to the Housing & Environment Department, that makes heat-reflective roofing a condition of the occupancy certificate.
Before the MBA I was the site accountant and supervisor on a construction project, and I studied commerce at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore.
