Why this site exists

A place for the analysis, prototypes and news I follow on public policy, registration reform and the data behind government services.

I spend my days inside government departments, and most of what I learn there turns into files that few people read. This site is where I will publish what I can share: analysis built from public sources, prototypes on synthetic data, and short notes on news in public policy and property data.

Three kinds of posts will appear here:

• News: short takes on developments worth following, with a link to the source.
• Analysis: longer pieces with data and sources, like the ten-state registry scorecard.
• Notes: shorter thoughts and updates.

Everything here is my own view and does not represent the Government of Chhattisgarh. Nothing on this site comes from departmental files.
